The beta program will run for approximately 4 weeks while we await Microsoft Store approval. During this time, you'll have full access to all features completely free.
Installing the beta version is simple - download the manifest.xml file from our installation page and add it to Outlook. You'll find detailed step-by-step instructions in our installation guide.
Your data never leaves your Outlook environment. All email templates, recipient data, and personalization fields are processed locally within Outlook. We've designed the system with privacy-first approach - we never see, store, or transmit your sensitive information.
Beta users get access to all premium features including unlimited personalized templates, Excel/CSV import, custom fields, scheduling, and template library. You'll also have direct access to our development team to influence the product roadmap.
There are no artificial limits - you can send as many personalized emails as your Outlook/Microsoft 365 account allows. The add-in respects your organization's existing email sending limits.
As a beta user, you get priority support with direct access to our development team. We typically respond within hours during business days, and you'll have access to our beta testing community.
